The Storming of Time

Using a Rebel T2i, 18-55 lens, F5.6, hand held, polarizer filter.
Two images taken as a storm cell rushed through, causing the light to change rapidly.

Shot this as a fast moving thunderstorm dropped rare desert snow, roared and flashed lightening. I had to duck in and out of my car to keep the camera dry, and myself safe from lightening at one point. This is in Cabazon, CA

Standing lenticular clouds the day before snow and thunder came to the desert. This is taken at the Palm Springs Airport in California.

Shot with Rebel T2i, set at Auto, 18-55 lens, with tripod, polarizer filter

Taken right at the San Andreas fault where it crosses the 62 Hightway in Deert Hot Springs, CA as the snow levels started dropping dramatically. It was very cold and windy.
